When it comes to restaurant customer service*systems, I believe they are a much-needed and important service. It is not only a management system, but it also helps to decrease human errors. When I initially learned about this method, I was blown away that we now have such a tool available. Furthermore, there is a wealth of information on restaurant why is customer service important*that provides credible data on this strategy. In summary, I don't see any drawbacks to this approach, and it might be quite advantageous to each company.
