High performers whom I know are getting $250k all in after 9 years and these people are mostly no longer working as process engineers. Average performers are around $160k all in. Low performers around $120k all in.
This is inaccurate. I’ve been with EM for 9 years and have tons of my Uni mates with me in this company. The average annual is only slightly above 100k and it stagnants. My friends in banking doing sales, treasury management etc (non asset management ) are drawing around the same. Em does pay above engineering pay grade and closer to banking but to say an average performer drawing 160k is too high. It’s comfortable but not that great.
