No disrespect, you must to be good at what you do to earn so much but it's a sales role after all.
So technically anyone that can "sell" well would be able to earn alot from commissions be it a sim-uol grad,
nus/
ntu grad or even a diploma holder. It is a great way to earn big bucks but there are some people that aren't open to the idea of doing sales or they just can't talk/convince well.
I think the purpose of this thread is to find out how open employers are willing to offer and pay a SIM-UOL grad a good starting salary as compared to the big 3.
