Oh wait sorry this is civil service and govt jobs. Not like they would offer if the honours classification is below a certain class. Doubt 2nd lower and 3rd class are even considered. Still need to be of a certain standard. Which means they would have gone to other equally or more prestigious companies and roles.

Actually I wonder why the government is working to offer more to attract more engineers from the private sector. Regardless of their educational backgrounds, those who are already in engineering sector for a long time should have enough experience to pick up where things were left off.
