but generally it seems that the gist from the reviews is that procurement is shorthanded from high attrition, has heavy workload, poor training & mismanagement, bad remuneration and career progression and lack of respect and support by both
SAF users and engineers.
engineer wise doesn't seem as bad since the pay is very high, but sounds like very little in the way of technical development and a lot of project management work.
