LTA and
HDB are way bigger
SBs compared to
EDB and STB. So at any one time, there'll definitely be more people leaving and more openings available. Whether it's easier or not depends on your area of specialty.
LTA and
HDB have more technical/engineering roles, STB and
EDB probably have none. They have mainly business development/sales jobs.
