Normally those who belittle others are themselves in the same sheethole. They belittle others to make themselves feel better. Those really in high flying jobs will not have the time nor would want to waste time doing things that do not benefit them. Its kinda like Cristiano Ronaldo will never belittle our Singaporean football players because there is just no need to.
