I’ll share what’s the process like for me. I try to be as detailed as possible while maintaining my anonymity. I’ll start from the invitation for first interview. Job application was for
LTA position.
Week 0: Received email from I believe is one of my future colleague for preliminary interview.
Week 1: Interview with future colleagues up to DD level.
Week 2:Received email from HR indicating I was shortlisted and invited for formal interview
Week 4: Interview with HR recruiter, DD, director and group director
Week 4.5: Received verbal offer. To wait 2-3 weeks for approvals and clearances
Week 8: Received offer with salary package and offer.
All in all is around 2 months with 2 public holidays
