Have interviewed a SB last month, and the HR contacted me 3 hrs after the second interview and informed me that they were keen to proceed with the recruitment process. The next week the HR updated me that she would put up the approval and updated me every subsequent week that the process is still on-going. But it has been 1 month....I am not sure if it is the delay strategy for them to find better candidates? Anyone experienced this before? Or any insider from HR?
