I don’t know about DBS or
OCBC, but I used to work in
UOB and I’m 100% sure you don’t need 5-8 years to reach AVP. For me it’s 3 years (1 year associate + 2 years am) to reach AVP, some of my peers a little slower is 2+2, ie 4 years to reach AVP. Those on accelerated MA program after 1.5 years also AVP.
