In comparison, you will only be promoted to associate after your 2nd year in DBS and senior associate in 3 to 5 years after thar, and this is similar for UOB too. So OCBC actually has an accelerated career pathway for those entering via GTP rather than direct hire. |
Yep, that's what HR told me during the interview too. But
UOB also has an accelerated path i think, but seems like their graduates in the MAP take a longer time reaching AVP level
