Don't be so dumb. Unless you're born with a silver spoon with lots of cash to migrate before you're 18, you can do that. How else do you expect someone to relinquish his citizenship and leave Singapore before 18 to do
NS? The Singapore government isn't so stupid to let you exploit this "loophole". Nevertheless, in the process now of applying to leave. Still, 2 years was already wasted.
