Everyone will reach DD eventually (retire after 35 years), just that if you're not good at speaking you won't be a "Team Lead" even when you work for so many years. No chance to be a D unless you become a Division Head.
You mean sponsorships right? Scholarships are what people get after A levels or midterm in university. Sponsorship is when you perform well at work. It's completely dependent on job performance, but the masters degree doesn't have to be relevant. Like i dont think an MBA is relevant leh.
