Yap i think might need to stay at least 3 yrs n abv so tt it doesnt look bad on cv. Hopefully mas can review the bonus that they r giving to staff. Otherwise, attrition rate might be high.

I dont think many employers are rigid about the amt of time you stay on one job. The idea is to build a compelling reason for the change and prove your value to the prospective employer. Employers of course wont take it will if you say you are changing just to get a higher pay.
I think some in
MAS are too comfortable to seek a move. They are just waiting for better times, hopefully. Attrition has to be high enough to get senior management to notice.
