I know mas has no 13th month, so just wondering if you excluded that part considering it as 13th month

Yes, i do not have 13th month in
MAS, or in my previous companies in private sector. That's why i feel like i can compare it directly with my previous companies' bonuses. For reference, my 2017 bonus is 1.44 months, 2018: 1.64 (best), 2019: 1 (worst, that's why i quit within 1 year). All bonuses have been pro-rated to 1 full-year's worth. Otherwise my actual
mas 2020 bonus is only 0.7 months bc i joined in June 2019 only.
I am completely aware that my bonus is low. However, doesn't seem like there's anything I can do, as whether i'm offered a new job or not depends on the economy as a whole. So far i planned to stay at
MAS longer bc i don't want to seem like too much of a job hopper as my last job i quit within 1 year.
