It is possible, I’m just saying that not everybody can get a VP when they reach 30. In all likelihood, may be only the top 5% will be able to achieve this. I also understand in
UOB for example VPs are easier to attain as they they have a very flat rank structure and There are just a few ranks to a junior VP rank.
