Even after 5 years of experience at GS in ops, there's a 'Senior Associate' position for people whom they are not ready to promote to VP. Even if you get promoted to VP then, is ur pay seriously going to up by 50% from 6k to 9k for ops???????? For local bank FO VP, your pay would be 10-11k after 2 years as AVP. Not to mention your bonus is typically more than 4 months in FO role. Seriously, just go fk yourself.
