Total comp of 450K for associate level in
IBD is too high, that sounds more like a senior associate or junior VP. 300-350K is more realistic for an associate IMO.
Appreciate if you could give more details on the 235-295k and 50-80% (incl 13th month, guaranteed bonus?)
