Although I have yet to join (ministry), let me provide a timeline

Applied Early Dec (end of first week)
Contacted for first interview within a week (2nd week of Dec)
First Interview (3rd week of Dec)
Contacted for second interview (end of Dec)
Second Interview (1st week of Jan)
Same day asked to provide character reference, they take roughly 1week+ to confirm the reference but they wont let you know about this, in between they asked more information on previous employment

Offer came end Jan.

Approval of appointment in Mid Feb

Vital contacted me for zoom signing in early March, will start work around April
