good companies more or less will pay however much you can ask for, assuming you pass all their req and interviews. and you can somehow prove u're worth what you ask for.
having said that, grab has higher standards in hiring PMs, whereas i know shopee has been hiring incompetent PMs. i personally know 2 who struggled and failed terribly in their roles as PM, but later got hired by shopee.
