My parents can easily send me to Oz too, but I got into
NUS with a double degree FCH. It's a nice occasional flex but I'm not a better person just for having it. I believe everyone deserves a fighting chance in life. Doesn't matter where you graduated from or how rich your family is. Have some humility and empathy, and recognise your privileges.
