There were unbiased links others have posted before showing you the cost of living, salaries and standards of medicine and and other well meaning advice from genuine local practitioners living locally and abroad regarding practicing in Singapore.

If you ignore the overly positive salutatory remarks made by the foreign Indian doctors for whom English isn't their first language and Singapore is godsend compared to where they were originally from, then as a reasonably intelligent person you would be able to form your own conclusion.
