on normal years avc 1 and mac 1 = 16.5 minimal
on good years avc 1.5 and mac 1 = 17 minimal
avg economic crisis comes every 10 yrs and prior to that typically have abour 2 to 3 gd years.
do your own math the avg is 16.4 for mx13..
from the look, i am pretty sure you lie that you are from PS because you only know what was reported on the news (i.e. aws and avc, 2019 is 1.5 in total)
