I'm otw to become a contract staff and was told contract staff have the same benefits as perm staff in govt
Contract staff can get contract renewal or good enough u can get emplaced to perm.
So not much diff except u sign 2 years contract first.
I'm talking direct contract staff within the govt
. Not agency contract.
