OP here to clarify. #SnailLivesMatter was a pun on someone who suggested abolishing the WC with the hashtag #MaleLivesMatter.

Male lives don't matter. We are snails with no intrinsic value. A poor man is intrinsically worthless in society. On the other hand, the same standards don't apply to women.

I digress, nothing to do with the WC or those schools you memed, but more an observation of societal constructs.
