hi bros & sis, my boss recently threw me a warning letter through HR citing poor performance. If no further improvement observed, i will lose my job in six months. i suspect there are motives behind it as my preceding appraisals were all given good performance. I already contacted union and higher ups for help, not having much hope in union but still worth a shot. anyone can help advise further? thanks
