It is pretty common nowadays to earn 13k with 10+ years of experience. If you were from Big 4, you should be a Senior Manager or Associate Director by now which you can earn 11k+ pm including bonus. If you were from Bank, you should be a VP which should earn you 160k to 180k pa. I am talking about the average here not high flyers and it is for back office or middle office role not front office role. Front office will earn 70% more.
