Yep. The MC figures the previous poster gave are accurate but the B4 junior partner salary is definitely wrong.
Let's be real - there are no B4 partners on this forum. So people who have been giving figures have been pretty much just been guesstimating, but 15k is a terribly inaccurate estimate given what we know of annual increments and SA pay at B4.
I am confident that a B4 partners outearns the MC assoc at the same PQE. Before partnership, the MC assoc will definitely make significantly more, especially at the early years.
