I have 3 data points for DBS AVP. Like all levels, there is a wide range for salary depending on your role, FO/MO/BO. A friend of mine in BO (newly promoted AVP) got about 7.5k, another in MO (with PhD) also earned about that amount. I earned about 9.5k before i left. These figures are accurate as of 2019.
