I'll start.
Big foreign bank with regional headquarter here. Lots of foreign talent. Staff strength of Singaporeans maybe about 10%. Perhaps the slowest and easiest foreign bank to survive in. Things move slowly. Decisions take a long time to be made. Bosses are generally nice. They talk a lot. Meetings after meetings. As always, some teams move faster and are more stressful than others, but generally my sense is that the culture is perfect for "hiding until retirement", which I believe many people are doing. Pay is good, definitely higher than average. But during the last crisis, I know of a few people who got sacked. Not many though.
