Is that what the residents/rps get once they complete mmed? Or have to work many years to get this amount?

Would also like to ask is there any difference between working in the polyclinics of the different clusters (eg. Nuhs vs nhg vs singhealth). Difference in terms of pay, workload, and patient case variety?
