Pay increments are not fixed. I received varying increments over the years working in a Ministry. This year, I received nearly $500 and I recall i received around 200 when I started out many years back.

For $200 increment for fresh grad, this is more than 5% increment, consider very good.

Is $200 your minimum increment?

For $500 increment, is it a promotion increment?
