Not sure about the other firms but for orange firm, the offers were not rescinded. Still have new staff joining.

Promotions still took effect in July 2020, albeit with stricter criteria. So less people got promoted. And the pay increment that comes with the promotion will only take effect from January 2021. No pay increment for all staff from July to Dec 2020.

Bonus was supposed to be paid out one shot in August 2020. But now it’s split into 2 payouts. A portion in Aug 2020 and the remainder in Jan 2021.
