I didn't post the rankings, but I agree. I started my career in SCB, then HSBC, OCBC and finally now DBS. It's been 12 years. DBS behaves a lot more like an international bank. There are SOPs, proper systems, decent technology, and good pay/welfare. Office is amazing. Cultural is diverse, got expats, got locals. I quit OCBC after 9 months to join DBS. OCBC culture is bad, mostly local Chinese (I am chinese too) who shake leg everyday, manual processes, pay isn't great, senior management isn't inspiring. TLDR, I didn't see OCBC moving in the direction that I had hoped. No comments on UOB though, but I reckon it is more similar to OCBC than DBS.
