You are going quite well. With what you are making and your degree, best to stay in private. I've got a reputable overseas degree but earning less than 60k/annum base at a sb. Bonus is only 1 to 3 months depending on economy and performance. I'm 2 years older than you too. You're doing good, would rather be in your shoes.
