I want to move to the buyside in singapore and work in fo(mainly pe but ok with hf)
how does the pe wing of gic compare to mf bases in singapore(kkr/bx/apollo/carlyle/ for post ib analyst role

mainly want to understand differences in comp and worklife balance

also side question, since gic is a swf, do they offer carry like in mfs and is mba needed for promotion
