No one that is doing well wants to be associated / have the time to do PEI GES.
People who have problems finding FT work / are frustrated usually form the sample size.
Obv the majority of UOL grads cant compete with local uni, but a good 10-20% pick themselves up and are on par with the avg local uni grad.
