just got offered by msf,

gross: $3560
grade: MX13
2 years contract

Is this a reasonable offer? Is there any room for negotiation (to 3800)?
Is it normal for fresh grads to get 2 year contracts, and not perm positions? Or is it just because of the covid situation?
