Assuming with offers on the table from both,
MAS option for a start is a no-brainer i think.
If its just for considerations, do always explore both options and more. E.g. you might prefer ESG but be ready to be rejected or not being shortlisted. Same applies to
MAS.
Progression is all in your hands, depending on your smarts and performance.
MAS salary is seen as higher cause of the way its structured.
