Hi better clarify with HR what the “contract” entails.
I got drafted a similar scale with a different ministry under a 1-year contract. “Contract” meaning I am bounded by the agency for a year and am unable to render resignation before the contract period ends.
Usually positions are permanent unless it’s a project-based assignment.
