I work with quite a few
DSTA procurement people in my past life.
1. they have a high workload.
2. they have a structured promotion till the rank of manager
3. Senior Exec, AM, M, SM
4. i know of people who reach SM within 6 years
Long hours and need to chiong but once u know the ropes, very fast and easy
