This is the reason for contract teaching before enrolling into
NIE so as to confirm if you really want this job. If you don't want it when contract teaching ends, you can leave without any penalty.
Don't think you will be blacklisted, but generally it will become more and more difficult to get in the future because of low birth rate = less students = lesser new teachers needed.
