Selection is fairly straightforward across the board for fresh DX9 hires.
1. On-site Psychometric Test
2. Unit Preview/Casual Interview
2.5. Writing Sample submission (depending on role)
3. Final Interview
Since there’s no rigorous assessment involved in hiring, candidates are discriminated fairly based on academic credentials and relevant work experience.
