Yup! I graduated 2019, was hovering between unemployment/ contract / shitty jobs for a few months...kept applying for public service sector but was going nowhere. After one of the shitty jobs i decided there was probably something wrong w my resume and went to work on it. started sending out my applications at careers@gov and it i started getting a lot of successful applications! In that 1 month alone i got about 5 calls for interviews and assessments, and im happy to say i clinched one early this year in March

Using my experience as a point of reference, i can say the resume really turned things around for me. I stopped using the boring white templates on microsoft word (lol) and went to change up the aesthetics. Euphemisms also matter la. For example instd of "customer service" say "front line professional". Just flesh out your skills and catfish a bit.
