do statbord/ministry just look at paper or do they see your work experience? Am I getting the shorter end of the stick with 4 years exp but getting same pay as a fresh dip holder?
Not sure if i should secure the job because of covid19 or continue hunting? currently jobless but not really hard on cash.

I'm in the same situation with you close to 4 years ago (also 4 years + plus Ministry post exp but with a higher NITEC). also 2.3 for Div 2 post. technically speaking, you are being paid as a fresh dip holder with
NS experience (I assume you are a guy right?) cause although you have the 4 years working experience in CS but that's for a div 3 post and not a div 2.. so it's up to you now to choose to accept anot.
