hope they dont approach your current boss though, because that will just tip him off. if you dont get the job at the end of the day, your future at your current company will have been jeopardized. even if you do, they may ask before some critical period, such as bonus. knowing that you have plans to leave, boss will cut your bonus. anyone can advise on how they go about doing this background check?
