Why is the ppl in this forum still using officer and senior officer?

I believe MUFG no longer use that title anymore ?
Now it’s analyst avp vp

And I don’t even hear senior analyst this title. Where got senior officer?
Unless they hiding senior analyst into the analyst rank.

What is the max pay for analyst ?
Some arguing senior officer cap at 5k. That’s senior analyst I am assuming?
