Hi, I am going to meet HR of
UOB tomorrow and would like to do a salary benchmark with the market industry now.
I worked in a big 4 as an Assistant Manager (Risk & Control) for 2 years and in total, I have 6 years of working experience with the other 4 years in system administration. How much should I request from
UOB? The position I am offered is an Associate role as they couldn't offered me AVP due to my zero experience in Banking products.
Appreciate any advice from seniors out there
