dont bother with the Masters. let me explain why below...
- u dun even know what class of honours u gonna graduate with, nowadays competition to enter Civil Service (CS) is dam intense. if u have only a pass degree, high chance u'll enter some low / sh1t tier M / SB, or maybe no chance to enter CS but only the pte sector.
- if the above rly happens to u, i rather u pursue a part-time Masters after getting your a55 INTO the CS. or at least ask for sponsorship / subsidies from your M / SB after joining them
- most of the advertised vacancies on CAREERS@GOV require just a degree
in short, focus on getting at least a second-upper from
NUS /
NTU /
SMU (if u are even from any of these 3 unis to begin with) first. this is the most important part.
