No welfare or recognition. Joined as a Young Banker back in 2014 and chose OCBC over StanChart because SCB wasn't doing very well (go google). Totally regret now.

Progression is slow compared to my peers who stayed in SCB earning 50% more base salary + higher bonuses, better welfare and better perks.

Wish I could turn back time. Fate is cruel sometimes. Think twice or thrice before making an important decision my fellow juniors.
